Patch notes – 22/09/2025

• Tipping Customers Dashboard: Tipping customers now have access to their own dedicated dashboard, providing all tipping data and reporting.
• Donation Section in BRAD: A new donation section has been added to BRAD. All customers can now donate items through the platform by taking and uploading pictures of the items. This is facilitated through Bywaters partnerships and frameworks.
• WTNs on BRAD Job List: Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) have been added to all jobs on the BRAD Job List.
• Job List WTN display: WTN numbers are now displayed on all jobs on the BRAD Job List for improved tracking and compliance.
• Reporting enhancements: Improved download reports from the homepage for Excel and PPT formats.

Patch notes – 01/07/2025

• Password Reset Fix: Resolved an issue preventing some clients from resetting their passwords.
• Device Responsiveness: The BRAD portal is now fully responsive, providing an optimal viewing and interaction experience on tablets and mobile devices.
• Old BRAD Redirection (Notification Update): The old BRAD platform now  redirected to the new and updated BRAD platform.
• “Previous Quarter” Error Resolved: Fixed a bug that caused an error when attempting to view data for the previous quarter.
• Processing Indicators: When performing actions that involve a delay, the BRAD portal will now display a processing icon or “wait” message, especially on the Homepage report, to inform you that your request is being processed.
• Documents Section Enhancements:
  • You can now filter documents for specific assets, similar to the job list functionality.
  • Document references will now display the asset’s name instead of its ID, improving clarity.
• Job List Details: The Job List now includes a column that explains why a job failed or was cancelled, providing greater transparency.
• Homepage Totals: We’ve added an option on the homepage to view combined totals for all assets, offering a more comprehensive overview.
