People
Without our dedicated staff, we wouldn’t be London’s leading recycling and waste management provider. Every person is vital to our continued success, and everyone is made to feel part of the family.
Bywaters’ history goes back to 1918 when John Glover operated as a sole-trader in London’s East End. Today his descendants continue to run the business into which he poured his life, and this family ethos extends to each and every Bywaters employee.
This includes the people who work in our state-of-the-art facilities, our drivers who transport waste to be recycled, the office staff who keep the business running, and our dedicated account managers and Green Gurus who deliver exceptional service to our clients every day.
Here’s a brief introduction to the people who keep our vision alive.
