At Bywaters, we have two East London facilities where your waste is sorted and managed. Powered by 4,000 solar panels, our state-of-the-art Lea Riverside site sorts waste into segregated streams before it is packed and sent for recycling. Residual materials are sent to our Gateway Road facility, sorted again, and then sent to the National Grid to generate electricity. With a dedicated staff and specialist machinery, we ensure all of the waste will be sorted and recycled where possible, to avoid waste entering landfill.
