We are aware that some customers may be closed for a longer period over the Christmas holiday.
Customers wishing to amend their regular collection need to inform us by using the email address Christmas@bywaters.co.uk by Friday 1st December 2023 in order to allow sufficient time to plan our rounds over the holiday period. If you not have access to email then please advise us by post to the CR Department, Lea Riverside, Twelvetrees Crescent, London, E3 3JG.
Please include in writing the following information:
- Your account number
- Site address, including full postcode
- Amended service required
Please note that its very important that you inform us in writing of any changes required by Friday 1st December 2023 then we will assume that you require a standard service, as per your schedule and you will be invoiced accordingly for this service. If you are due a service on any of our closed dates and we are not notified to reschedule before the required date, the service will automatically be cancelled and the next due collection will take place as per your contracted agreement schedule.
