On Movember 1st, the men of Regent's Place, and those around the globe, started with a clean-shave face and then for the rest of the month groomed, trimmed and waxed their way towards fine moustachery. Bywaters registered their support of their Regent's Place customers by sponsorship their Mo-growing efforts.
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men's faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.
The gents at Regent's Place effectively became walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men's health.
On 30th November the men celebrated their gallantry by shaving off their month's growth.
Bywaters sponsorship of Regent's Place Movember added to the grand total of £4,361 that was raised. The funds raised in the UK support the number one and two male specific cancers - prostate and testicular cancer.
