Bywaters is pleased to announce that the Company shareholders voted to invite Helen Glover, Nick Glover and Amanda Brown to be formal Directors of the company. Each has accepted the invitation.

The Directors of Bywaters (Leyton) Ltd are now John S Glover (Managing Director), Amanda J Brown (Deputy Managing Director), Malcolm N Glover, Helen M Glover and Nicholas M Glover. The registered address of the company has also changed and is now Lea Riverside, Twelvetrees Crescent, London E3 3JG.
