Bywaters is pleased to announce the launch of the new "Customer Service Centre". This opened on Monday 17th January 2005 at our Business Development office at 101, Marshgate Lane, Stratford, E15 2NQ.
Having examined the current processes and procedures, a strategic change was made. With new systems in place and easy access to information, the Customer Service Team is able to deal with all existing and potential customers queries large and small.
The Sales Team is also based at the Business Development Office, which allows the efficient exchange of information and a working relationship that facilitates first class service.
For new customers, enquiries are dealt with by a Sales Representative who will pass information to the appropriate person. A quotation and advice on your recycling and waste management service will be provided and a visit to your site will be arranged, if required, to carry out a full recycling and waste audit.
