Following the success of our 'Recycling in Focus' photographic competition for the 2004 Bywaters calendar, we are delighted to reveal this year's campaign to promote environmental awareness, which will take the shape of both an art event / exhibition and a series of images produced for the 2005 calendar.
The theme for this project is The Soul of Ended Things and emphasises Bywaters new links with the University of Arts.
The project aims to look at the individual's role within wider environmental issues responding to the theme, The Soul of Ended Things, in relation to the environment and particularly recycling.
Bywaters is extremely pleased to have the University of Arts working with us for this project, which further develops the existing links we have with the community and further and higher education establishments.
The exhibition is due to take place in September. Keep your eyes on our news page where further information will be posted in due course.
